Anne Hessman, The Neurodiversity Parent Coach
As a parent with two children who have diagnoses ranging from Autism to ADHD, PDA, Highly Sensitive and Anxiety, I know firsthand that this parenting journey can be as challenging as it is rewarding. While there may not be a map on how to parent a neurodivergent child, I know the path and can guide you along the way with compassion and neuroaffirmative tools and strategies. Whether your child has been formally diagnosed or you are a parent with a feeling, I am here to help.
My Focus Areas
1:1 Parent Coaching, Group Coaching, Webinars, Parenting Workshops, In-Person Talks.
I am Anne Hessman, teacher, turned life coach and most importantly mother to 3 amazing children.

I have taught in primary schools for almost 20 years, 8 of those in special education. During that time I supported many autistic and neurodivergent children, but it wasn’t until I became a parent to an autistic boy that I learned I really knew nothing about autism and neurodiversity at all!

I trained as a life coach and then later became a parent coach. My coaching sessions are rooted in compassion. I am living this life too and navigating the often unpredictable journey that is neurodivergent parenting. I use my teaching experience, coaching skills and parenting anecdotes to support my clients.
No one is alone on this journey. I am passionate about creating the neurodivergent parenting village. I am here with a non judgemental and compassionate space to help you lean into the joy and travel this journey with ease.
